Linda had to work to gain his trust since arriving to get him to the vet for X-rays. He has always had a very awkward, uncomfortable gait since she first met him. Grumpy is suffering from bridging in spine, chronic acl tears, severe arthritis in his elbow, and osteosarcoma (cancer) in his wrist.

Grumpy, a dog who spent his days curled up on his bed, alone, grumping at anyone entering his space; to now a dog who is happy, who wags is tail with excitement and is eager to experience the world he had missed for so many years. Linda says often that she wishes she would have taken him home sooner so he could have this experience for longer in his life. Right now he is holding on and seems comfortable and in less pain than he was previously. If he is fighting, we will be his army!!!
