Shaggy is a dog who will remain at the sanctuary due to some pretty rough resource guarding. We manage the best we can and he does well in his small pack, they just kinda ignore his nonsense.

Shaggy had just started getting a bit more comfortable with going for walks with people he is familiar with, strangers do make him a little uneasy at times but he has made a lot of progress.
